Product Introduction
CMG offers Single Acting Hydraulic Actuator. Single acting hydraulic actuator has an A port for running the piston down by pressure from the pump. Double acting hydraulic actuator has pressing and pulling power and is generally controlled with a joy stick control. A single acting cylinder only has pressing power.

The single acting hydraulic actuator and double acting hydraulic actuator is powered by hydraulic transmission. Its distinctive feature is that it has a large driving force, but it is bulky and is only suitable for specific occasions that require a large driving force, such as the ship valve of the Three Gorges.

The installation characteristics of the hydraulic actuator determine that it is only suitable for some special conditions that require high actuator control. Hydraulic actuators are only used in large power plants, petrochemical plants and other enterprises.

Precautions:

1. Before installation, carefully check whether the model meets the requirements for use.


2. The actuator can be installed in any working position, but the convenience of maintenance and operation should be considered.


3. The sealing performance test of the actuator should be carried out before installation; more than three no-load switch tests should be carried out before installation, the main shaft should be flexible, and various shaft parts should not be jammed.


4. During installation, remove dirt and debris in the hole, seal ring and joint surface, and check whether the connecting bolts are evenly tightened.


5. After installation, conduct a sealing test and a hydraulic operation test.


6. During the period of use, regular inspection and maintenance should be carried out according to the frequency of movement.
