CMG offers single acting front end hydraulic cylinder. With advantage of small size and long stroke, are widely used in the hydraulic systems of various types engineering and mining dump trucks.

These types of dump truck cylinders, in the entire hydraulic system, tipper valve can set the maximum working pressure of 190Bar; 200Bar; 210Bar; 220Bar. DALLAST hydraulic cylinder can withstand the maximum working pressure of 220Bar, the test pressure is completed at 280-300Bar.

Single acting front end hydraulic cylinder we choose 27SiMn materials. Compared with other company tube, 27SiMn material we use after quenching and tempering treatment it’s tensile strength and the yield strength are more than 2 times, the tensile strength and the yield strength are about 950MPa. DALLAST hydraulic cylinders are light design; reasonable structure; reliable work; easy assembly and disassembly; easy to repair.
