Secondly, if the frequency of oil pressure changes is too fast or too high, it will directly cause the formation of bubbles and accelerate the bursting speed of bubbles. Tests have proved that the rate of cavitation in parts with high frequency of pressure changes will increase. For example, at the inlet and return ports of hydraulic cylinders, due to the relatively high frequency of pressure changes, the degree of cavitation is relatively higher than other parts. In addition, overheating of the oil will increase the chance of cavitation.

In the process of using the oil cylinder, such problems sometimes occur. After the command of the hydraulic cylinder movement is issued, the hydraulic cylinder cannot act immediately, and it takes a short time before it can move, or it can move and stop motion sometimes, showing that the operation is very irregular. The cause and troubleshooting method of this failure are mainly air in the hydraulic cylinder. Remedy: Exhaust through the exhaust valve. Check whether air is sucked in the sealing ring at the reciprocating part of the piston rod. If so, replace the sealing ring.
