Under certain conditions, it can replace water or oil, and has a wide cooling intensity range.
The polymer quenching medium can eliminate the oily smoke produced by the quenching oil. It is a global trend to reduce carbon emissions and promote the use of polymer quenching media. The polymer quenching medium can fully meet the requirements of safety production, and it can be confirmed that it is an important process material for the clean production of fastener heat treatment in my country.
At present, because of its unique advantages in environmental protection, technology and cost, polymer quenching media have been used more and more widely. In recent years, in order to reduce heat treatment oil fume emissions, my country has developed a variety of environmentally friendly and carbon-reducing new quenching media. The current use of polymer quenching medium accounts for about 30% to 40% of the entire quenching medium (oil + polymer quenching medium).
