The main measures to prevent and control leakage of hydraulic system are as follows:
1) Minimize the number of oil pipe joints and flanges. In the design, stack valves, cartridge valves, and plate valves are widely used in the design, and the form of manifold block combination is adopted to reduce pipeline leakage points, which is one of the effective measures to prevent leakage. .
2) Installing the hydraulic valve table in the hydraulic system close to the actuator can greatly shorten the total length of the hydraulic pipeline, thereby reducing the number of pipe joints.
3) Hydraulic shock and mechanical vibration directly or indirectly affect the system, causing loosening of pipe joints and leakage. Hydraulic shocks are often caused by rapid changes in direction. Therefore, when working conditions permit, try to extend the reversing time as much as possible, that is, the valve core is provided with a buffer groove, a buffer cone structure, or a control valve that prolongs the reversing time is installed in the valve. The hydraulic system should be far away from the external vibration source, and the pipeline should be reasonably equipped with pipe clamps. The pump source can use shock absorbers, high-pressure hoses, compensation pipes or pulsation absorbers to eliminate pressure pulsation and reduce vibration.
4) Regular inspection, regular maintenance, and timely handling are the most basic guarantees to prevent leakage and reduce failures.
