1. Common failures and causes of hydraulic pumps and motors

• Oil leakage

The control valve oil seal is damaged, and the front and rear end covers of the charge pump are not tightly leaking;

The O-ring seal of the oil tube interface of the servo cylinder motor is not leaking tightly.

• Noise

Tubing pump motor (abnormal noise caused by oil return, intake air, resonance).

• Can not turn

Does not turn in one direction (the cable is not in place, the damper is blocked, the servo cylinder is damaged, the swash plate is stuck, the shuttle valve is faulty, the manual control valve pin torsion spring is faulty);

No rotation in both directions (failure of the torsion spring of the pin of the manual control valve, blockage of the oil line, severe oil shortage, and blockage of the filter element)

2. Common failures and causes of reducers

• Abnormal sound

The dust cover is dry ground, the oil seal is caught in foreign objects, the oil is dirty or the model is wrong, internal failures, etc.

• Abnormal noise of non-reducer

Loose tightening bolts of the large disk, accumulated material in the tank, abnormal sound of the tug track, etc.

• Oil leakage

The dust cover is worn and the motor seal is not tight.

• Reducer does not rotate

Internal failure.
